Over 5 million Americans suffer with Alzheimer's disease. It is estimated that there are more than 15 million caregivers providing care to those with Alzheimer's and related dementias. The emotional toll on both those with the disease and their caregivers is overwhelming. They need assistance. The Alzheimer's Foundation of America's toll-free hotline delivers compassion, knowledge, and care through licensed social workers, and provides information, counseling, and referrals to community resources across the nation.
